The Institutional Innovation and Effect of Practice Teaching of the Majors of Humanities and Social Sciences in Universities

摘要 实践教学经费保障制度的不完善性,实践教学激励及其教师资源供给制度的不科学性,教学实践基地制度建设的滞后性,实践教学考评制度的不规范性等,制约了高校文科专业实践教学的有效运行。创新和完善实践教学制度的关键在于:构建专项经费保障制度和多渠道实践教学经费筹措制度;构建以利益导向为主要内容的实践教学激励制度并通过"请进来、走出去"等方式增加高水平实践教学教师资源的供给;以"开放、合作、共赢"为指导思想,广泛开展与地方政府、企事业单位之间的合作,积极推进校外实习基地建设制度建设;构建形式多样、双向反馈、实施规范的实践教学考评制度。通过实践教学制度的创新和完善,实现校校外实践教学资源的有效整合,实现教师积极性与学生积极性的有机结合,实现教学结果与过程的有机统一,实现实践教学与理论教学的良性互动。 The institutional bottleneck of effective operation of the majors of humanities and social sciences in a university lies in: the institution that ensures sufficient practice teaching funds is not perfect; the institution of practice teaching incentive and its teacher resources supply is not reasonable; the institutional construction of teaching practice base is lag behind ; the institution of practice teaching performance assessment and evaluation is not standard. The practice teaching institution innovation includes 4 aspects as follow : constructing the institution of the special funds ensured and of collecting practice teaching funds in many ways; constructing practice teaching incentive institution and adding the supply of teacher resources of practice teaching through the way of " please come in and go out" and so on; extensively cooperating with local government, enterprise or business unit so as to promote the institutional construction of teaching practice base outside the college; constructing the institution of practice teaching performance assessment and evaluation with the character of various forms, two- way feedback, and normative implementation. The institutional innovation of practice teaching will realize effective integration of practice teaching resources in the college and outside the college, the organic combination of teachers and students" positivity, the organic unity between the result and process of practice teaching, and the benign interaction between the practice teaching and theory teaching.
