沟谷地形对浅埋煤层开采矿压显现的影响机理 被引量:68

Influencing mechanism of gully terrain on ground pressure behaviors in shallow seam longwall mining

摘要 针对神东矿区活鸡兔井工作面过沟谷地形时发生的动载矿压问题,通过现场实测、理论分析与模拟实验,就沟谷地形对浅埋煤层开采动载矿压显现的影响机理进行了深入研究。结果表明:浅埋煤层开采工作面过沟谷地形上坡段时易发生端面切顶、冒顶和支架活柱急剧下缩的动载矿压。由于覆岩主关键层在沟谷段受侵蚀影响而缺失,过上坡段时主关键层破断块体缺少侧向水平挤压力作用,不易形成稳定的"砌体梁"结构而滑落失稳,使得作用在下部单一关键层结构上的载荷明显增大而产生滑落失稳,从而引起工作面的动载矿压。若沟谷地形中主关键层未缺失,则浅埋煤层工作面过沟谷地形上坡段时一般不易产生动载矿压。该研究结果指导了活鸡兔井21305,21306工作面过沟谷地形动载矿压灾害的防治实践。 According to the problem of strong ground pressure behaviors when working face' s crossing gully terrain at Huojitu Coal Mine in Shendong mining area, measurements in situ, theoretical analysis and simulation experiment were adopted to study the influencing mechanism of gully terrain on ground pressure behavior in shallow seam mining. The result shows that instant descending of support column and roof cutting or caving appears frequently during uphill of gully terrain in shallow seam. Loss of primary key stratum due to being eroded in gully terrain area results in the dele- tion of horizontal side force during uphill of gully terrain, in which case the primary key stratum can not form stable voussoir beam structure and slides instability. And the lower single key stratum slides instability because of the obvi- ously increasing load above, in which case the strong ground pressure behaviors occurs in working face. If primary key stratum is integrated in gully terrain area, there will be no strong ground pressure behaviors during uphill of gully ter rain. The research result serves as a guidance for prevention of strong ground pressure behaviors when crossing gully terrain at No. 21305 and No. 21306 working face in Huojitu Coal Mine.
