摘要 目的及时发现乌鲁木齐市居民死亡的主要原因,指导卫生策略的制定。方法分析2010年乌鲁木齐市居民死亡原因网络直报资料。结果乌鲁木齐市前3位死因是循环系统疾病、肿瘤和呼吸道疾病,损伤和中毒等外部原因居第四位,传染病和寄生虫病居第五位。结论在重点防治慢性病包括心脏病、肿瘤和呼吸系统疾病的同时,不能放松对传染病的防治;因损伤和中毒外部原因的死亡应引起高度的重视。 Objectives To find out main death cause of residents in Urumqi,and to guide the formulation of health strategy.Methods Direct network report data of residents in Urumqi in 2010 were analyzed.Results The first three main death cause of residents in Urumqi were circulatory system disease,neoplasm and respiratory system disease.Injuries and poisioning were the forth death causes.And the fifth death cause was infectious disease.Conclusions Chronic diseases,including heart disease,neoplasms and respiratory disease,are the emphasis for disease control.Meanwhile,prevention of infectious disease shouldn't be ignored.And more attention should be paid to the death because of injuries and poisioning.
