公共服务动机绩效促进学说与模型建构 被引量:4

摘要 通过回顾国内外现有研究,归纳并分析公共服务动机对公职人员绩效影响效应的两种不同流派观点,并对现有研究的困境提出探讨,基于此,从理论上推演建构公共服务动机对公职人员绩效促进的系统模型,为后续研究提供理论探索。
