摘要
运用数据包络分析方法(DEA)对北疆5地区的县级医院进行服务效率的评估,分析该地区县级医院在经营过程中存在的问题。研究结果显示,北疆5地区县级医院中,多家医院存在规模和(或)技术效率问题,为使DEA无效医院达成总体有效,必须结合当地实际情况提升技术调整规模,提高技术水平和(或)调整医院规模,使医院逐步进入协调发展的轨道。
To evaluate the service efficiencies of county-level hospitals in 5 regions of northern Xinjiang by using Data Envelopment Analysis（DEA）,and to discuss the problems existing in the management strategy of the hospitals.The results showed that many hospitals had defects in scale and technical efficiencies in northern Xinjiang.In order to achieve improvement in service efficiency,the hospitals had to pay more attention to balanced development of technique level and scale according to their own situation,and improve their technique or adjust their hospital scales for harmonious development of the hospitals.
