摘要
本文在详细分析了美国影子银行体系的价值及其风险根源的基础上,辨析了目前我国信托业是否属于影子银行体系的问题。本文的观点是,从价值创新的角度来说,我国信托业属于影子银行;而从监管的角度来说,则不属于影子银行。本文同时研究了最近几年我国信托业快速发展的经济逻辑和价值。
This paper studies the value of the U.S. shadow banking system, analyzes its source of risk, and dialectically analyzes if China＇ s trust industry belong to shadow banking System. From the perspective of value innovation, China＇ s trust industry is a part of shadow banking system. While from a regulatory point of view, our trust industry doesn＇ t belong to shadow banking system. The article also studies the economic logic and value of our trust industry＇ s rapid development in recent years.
