摘要
目的了解adipsin在2型糖尿病患者及2型糖尿病外周动脉疾病患者血浆中的水平,探讨adipsin对2型糖尿病及外周动脉疾病发生发展的作用。方法选择2型糖尿病患者50名、2型糖尿病外周动脉疾病患者50名、正常对照者50名。检测血浆adipsin水平,同时测量踝臂指数,检测血压、血糖、血清胰岛素、血脂及计算体质指数、胰岛素抵抗指数等。结果 2型糖尿病外周动脉疾病组血浆adipsin水平较2型糖尿病组及正常对照组升高,2型糖尿病组血浆adipsin水平较正常对照组升高。adipsin水平与踝臂指数呈负相关。结论 adipsin水平的升高可能参与2型糖尿病外周动脉疾病的发生发展。
Aim To understand the level of plasma adipsin in type 2 diabetes millitus and type 2 diabetes millitus with peripheral arterial disease patients and to discuss the effect of adipsin in the occurrence and development of type 2 diabetes millitus and peripheral arterial disease.Methods 50 cases of type 2 diabetes millitus,50 cases of type 2 diabetes with peripheral arterial disease and 50 cases of normal controls were selected.Detected plasma serum and measured the ankle-brachial index.Detected blood pressure,blood glucose,serum insulin and blood fat.Calculated body mass index and insulin resistant index et al.Results The level of plasma adipsin in type 2 diabetes millitus with peripheral arterial disease group was higher than that of type 2 diabetes millitus group and normal control group.The level of plasma adipsin in type 2 diabetes millitus group was higher than that of normal control group.There was negative correlation between adipsin and ankle-brachial index.Conclusions The increase of circulating adipsin may be involved in the me tabolism of type 2 diabetes mellitus and peripheral arterial disease.
