摘要
用二氨基萘荧光法测定水中硒进行的改进 ,改进后 ,其标准系列线性良好 ,硒含量在 0~ 2 .5μg/L范围内符合比尔定律 ,相关系数 r=0 .9988,回归方程 y=41 .51 x- 4 .30 4。最低检出浓度为 0 .1 2 5μg/L。本法简化了操作过程 ,减少了污染机会 。
The method of determination of selenium in water with diaminonaphthalene fluorescence spectrophotometry was improved in this assay The results showed that the improved diaminophthlalene fluorescence spectrophotometry revealed perfect linear relationship in determining the standard selenium solution series at the range of 0~2 5 μg/L selenium,which obeyed Beer's law The regression equation was calculated as =41 51x-4 304(r=0 9988) The lowest detection limit was 0 125 μg/L selenium The improved method not only simplified operating processes,but also reduced the possibility of pollution and revealed better precision and accuracy
