摘要
本文主要论述开发海上边际油田必须降低工程投资的问题,同时强调了海上油田总体开发方案与工程设计之间的关系及对工程投资的影响。文中列举了海洋工程设计中减轻平台重量、简化流程、合理选择设备的设计概念和设计方法。大量数据和经验充分说明,决策好油田总体开发方案和搞好工程设计是降低工程投资、提高经济效益的主要途径。
This paper mainly discusses the necessity of reducing the cost in the development of the marginal offshore oil fields, as well as emphasizes the relationship between the overall development scheme and the engineering design, and the influence on the engineering cost. Listed herein are the design concept and methods in the offshore engineering design of reducing the platform weight, simplification of processing, reasonable choice of equipments. A great deal of data and rich experiences fully show that the excellent decision of the overall scheme of the oilfield and the first class engineering design are the key procedures in reducing the engineering cost and increase the economical efficiency.
