摘要
中国共产党在延安时期建立起的党群关系是我党党群关系发展史上的良好典型。通过对延安时期党群关系的状况和根源进行系统分析和总结,归纳出构建和谐党群关系的四个基本要素:执政理念、执政能力、自身素质和政治参与。以期对当今的党群关系建设起到借鉴作用。
The relationships between the party and the masses established by the Communist Party of China in the period of Yan＇ an is a good example in the history of the development of our party masses relationships. The condition and cause of party masses relationships in the period of Yan＇ an are analyzed and summarized, the four basic elements composing harmonious relationships between the party and the masses are put forward： the governing idea, ruling ability, their qualities and political participation. It is expected that it serves as a reference fors party construction.
