摘要
近年来,天津市在基本医疗保障制度的实践中,率先实现了城乡居民基本医疗保障一体化,并在基本医疗保障全覆盖、提高保障水平、实现缴费和待遇档次科学化、整合医保经办机构、加强医保配套改革和监管措施等方面积累了经验,提出了进一步完善天津市基本医疗保障制度的具体措施。
