摘要
文章结合仙洪试验区干群关系的现状总结了当前农村干群关系的4种类型,分析了影响农村干群关系的2方面因素,并探析了促进新农村建设干群关系的经验和措施。
Combined with present situation of relationship between cadre and masses in rural area in Xianhong,four types and two influencing factors of relationship between cadre and masses in rural area were summarized,experience and measures of promoting relationship between cadre and masses in new rural construction were analyzed.
