摘要
测定了优化配方的CaCl2无固相钻井液的性能,考察了CaCl2加量对钻井液体系流变性和滤失量的影响,探讨了NaCl加量对体系临界点的影响,并对CaCl2无固相钻井液进行了抑制性和油气层保护评价。结果表明,CaCl2加量为20%的无固相钻井液体系具有良好的流变性、润滑性和耐温性,能较好地控制滤失量,具有较好的抑制性和油气层保护效果。
The performances of calcium chloride solidfree drilling fluid optimized formula were determined. The influences of amount of CaC12 on rheological property and filtration loss of drilling fluids were in vestigated and the influence of amount of NaCI on the critical point of drilling fluid system was also investigated. The inhibition and oil & gas reservoir protection effects of the system were evaluated. The results showed that the 20% CaC12 solidfree drilling fluid system had good rheologieal property, lubrication, heat tolerance, filtration loss control, inhibition, and oil & gas reservoir protection effect.
