摘要
介绍了热处理对铝负极极化性能、耐腐蚀性能、合金元素分布及微观结构的影响,指出随着合金元素种类及用量的变化,热处理效果将有所差异;对铝合金采用适当的热处理方法及控制条件,可改善电化学性能,减轻极化与自腐蚀。
The effects of heat treatment on aluminum anode polarization properties, anti corrosion performance, and alloying elements 'distribution and microstructure were introduced. It was pointed out that the effect of heat treatment differs from alloying agents and their contents in aluminum anodes. With appropriate heat treatment by controlling treatment conditions, the electrochemical performance of aluminum anodes could be improved, the polarization and self-corrosion could be reduced.
