摘要
通过分析了在未知转子初始位置的情况下直接启动永磁同步电动机所可能出现的现象。针对常用的通直流电把转子拉到指定位置的方法分析与实验,提出一种基于增量式光电编码器A,B脉冲信号来确定转子初始位置的算法。该算法通过DSP芯片的高速运算能力,可以在永磁同步电动机启动之前计算出转子的初始位置。实验表明该方法是简单有效的。
The possible phenomenon without known the initial position of the rotor when directly start for permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) was analyzed. Through analysis and experiments the method of DC generated in order to make the rotor move to the position that we given, then based on the incremental photoelectric encoder A,B pulse signals, a new method for searching the initial rotor position was proposed. With this algorithm and use high-speed DSP chip the initial position of the rotor before start for PMSM can be calculated. Experiments show that the method is simple and effective.
