摘要
针对乳制品产业的特征,基于Solow-Swan模型,利用2002—2009年的统计数据,对内蒙古乳制品产业集群与产业发展的相关性进行实证分析。研究结果显示:内蒙古乳制品企业员工数量、企业销售收入占全国的比例及内蒙古乳制品产业集聚度与内蒙古乳制品产业产值具有较强的相关性,其中产业集聚度的影响最显著。针对内蒙古乳制品产业集群存在的突出问题,从完善政府功能、培育分工协作网络和发展中介机构三个方面提出对策建议。
In terms of the characteristics of dairy industry,this paper empirically studies the correlation between industrial cluster and industrial development of dairy industry in Inner Mongolia through using the Solow-Swan model and the statistical data from 2002 to 2009.The result shows that there are strong correlations between the proportion of employee number as well as sale income of enterprises in Inner Mongolia,industrial agglomeration degree and the output of dairy industry in Inner Mongolia,and the impact of industrial agglomeration degree is the most significant.Finally,it puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions from the following three aspects:to improve government's functions,and to foster collaborative network,and to develop intermediary agencies.
