摘要
癫痫是多种病因参与的一种慢性中枢神经系统疾患。脑部神经元高度放电,导致癫痫的发作。其临床表现多样,随着对癫痫研究的不断深入,癫痫发病机制理论方面的研究已取得了突破性进展,促进了临床进一步治疗和诊断的准确性。现就癫痫的流行病学、病因和发病机制的研究现状进行综述,为临床抗癫痫药物的更新和非药物治疗手段的开展奠定基础。
Epilepsy is a chronic disorder of central nervous system due to various causes,which happens during high degree of brain neurons discharge,with various clinical manifestations.Along with the further study of epilepsy breakthrough has been made in its pathogenesis,which has improved the accuracy in its diagnosis and treatment in clinic.Here is to make a review on epilepsy in terms of epidemiology,etiology,and pathogenesis research progress in order to provide basis for upgrading of anti-epileptic drug and non-drug therapy.
