摘要
肺栓塞（pulmonary embolism,PE）是以各种内源性或外源性栓子堵塞肺动脉或其分支引起的肺循环障碍的临床病理生理综合征,是呼吸科急危重症之一,其中以急性肺血栓栓塞症（pulmonary thrombo embolism,PTE）为主,约占PE的90%[1]。
