摘要
合作计划、预测与补给 (CPFR)是近年来提出的供应链管理方面的一个新模式 ,对于供应链伙伴改善合作关系、提高预测的准确和供应链效率、减少库存、提高消费者满意程度等均有重要的意义。本文论述了CPFR的概念和内涵、以及与其他供应链合作模式的关系 ,分析阐述了CPFR的业务模型和运作方法。
Collaborative planning,forecasting and replenishment(CPFR)is a new mode of supply chain management.It has significant effect on the improvement of partnerships and customer satisfaction,the enhancement of forecasting accuracy and supply chain efficiency,and the reduction of inventory.The concept and connotation of CPFR are described in this paper.The relation between CPFR and other collaboration modes of supply chain is discussed.The business model and operation method of CPFR are analyzed.
