摘要
目的:探讨系统思维的整体法原则在检验医学全程质量控制中的应用。方法:从分析前、分析中、分析后质量控制3个方面分析了整体和各个要素之间、要素与要素之间的相互联系对检验医学全程质量控制整体的作用。结果:分析前的质量控制是全程质量控制体系的基础和前提,分析中质量控制是全程质量控制体系的关键和核心,分析后的质量控制是全程质量控制体系的完善和补充。结论:适用系统思维的整体法原则建立起一个质量管理体系可保证检验结果的准确可靠。
Objective To discuss the application of systematic thinking in total quality control of laboratory medicine. The effect on total quality control by the relationship between overall and each element, element and element was analyzed from the quality control of preliminarily analysis, analysis and after analysis. For the whole quality control system, the quality control of preliminarily analysis was the foundation and prerequisite, the quality control of analysis was the key and core, and the quality control of after analysis was the improvement and supplement. The quality management system established with the application of systematic thinking can ensure the accurateness and reliability of the test resuhs.
