阐明了医疗设备维修工作面临的新挑战,分析了医护人员、患者及其家属在医疗设备故障后的心理特点,重点从医护人员、患者及其家属的心理状态方面探讨提升医疗设备维修服务质量的几点新思考。
The new challenges of maintenance service is clarified, the psychological characteristics of medical care personnel,patients and their family when medical equipments broken down is analyzed. New thinking of promoting maintenance service quality from medical care personnel's, patients" and their family's psychology is discussed particularly.
