摘要
目的:研究腹部创伤诊断中CT的临床应用价值和诊断意义。方法:回顾性分析自2004年10月至2010年11月来某院就诊的158例腹部创伤患者的CT影像学表现,143例(90.51%)作平扫后增强扫描,以观察肠道、实质脏器和腹膜后损伤情况。103例手术治疗,38例介入治疗,17例保守治疗,治疗结果与CT诊断进行对照。结果:所有腹部外伤者中有103例经手术治疗,术后结果与CT诊断相对比,98例相符合,CT诊断与临床的符合率达到94.23%;诊断与临床不符的5例原因为腹部多发损伤,特别是血管损伤的CT诊断较为困难。结论:CT对腹部创伤的诊断具有较高的临床意义。合理地利用CT检查,可以及时准确地对腹部创伤进行定性、定位,并对其严重程度进行评估,有助于制定正确有效的治疗计划,减少并发症的发生并有效降低死亡率。
Objective To study the clinical application value and diagnostic significance of CT in abdominal trauma diagnosis. The CT imaging manifestations of 158 cases patients with abdomens trauma who came to clinic since October 2004 to November 2010 were analyzed retrospectively. 143 patients （90.51%） underwent enhanced scan after scan to observe the injuries of intestinal tract, parenchymal organs and retroperitoneal. 103 cases underwent surgical treatment, 38 cases underwent interventional treatment, and 17 cases underwent conservative treatment, the treatment outcome of which were compared with CT diagnosis. Ratmha The results of surgical treatment and CT diagnosis were consistent in 98 cases, with the coincidence of 94.23%. The reason for the 5 cases without coincidence was abdominal multiple damage, especially the CT diagnosis of vascular injury was difficult. CT diagnosis of abdominal trauma has a high clinical significance. Using CT rationally can be timely and accurate to determine and locate the abdomen trauma, and can assess its severity, which is helpful to formulate correct and effective treatment plans, and reduce complications and effectively reduce mortality.
