摘要
目的探讨前列通宁片对慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的治疗作用。方法采用大鼠慢性非细菌性前列腺炎模型,二甲苯所致的小鼠耳廓肿胀、角叉菜胶所致大鼠足跖肿胀炎症模型及乙酸所致毛细血管通透性增高实验,热板法和扭体法疼痛模型,观察前列通宁片抗炎和镇痛作用。结果前列通宁片对大鼠前列腺炎病理组织学的改变有明显的改善作用,且有一定的利尿作用;对乙酸以及热刺激所致小鼠疼痛均有明显的镇痛作用;对乙酸所致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高以及大鼠角叉菜胶足趾肿胀、二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀、棉球肉芽肿等急慢性炎症模型有明显的抑制作用。结论前列通宁片具有抗炎、镇痛、利尿之功效,对慢性非细菌性前列腺炎有较好的治疗作用。
Objective To explore the effect of Qianlietongning tablet in non-bacterial prostatitis.Methods The rat models of chronic non-bacterial prostatitis,xylene-induced mouse ear edema,foot metatarsus tumefaction caused by carrageenan in rats,mice celiac capillary permeability increase induced by acetic acid,the pain model of hot plate test and writhing method were adopted to study the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Qianlietongning tablet.Results Qianlietongning tablet significantly improved the histopathological change and favored the diuretic effect.It exhibited analgesic effects on the pain induced by acetic acid and hotplank in mice,inhibited mice celiac capillary permeability increased by acetic acid and foot metatarsus tumefaction caused by carrageenan in rats as well as reduced the size of rat cotton pellet granuloma.Conclusion Qianlietongning tablet has a good effect on non-bacterial prostatitis and the action of anti-inflammation,analgesia,detumescence and dieresis.
