摘要
在低冲击开发中,透水材料铺设形成的透水路面可以有效消除地表径流,缓和径流高峰,可以改善地表的水文环境,使城市开发后的水文条件接近未开发前的自然水文状态。透水材料对雨水的渗透和存储功能使得透水路面具有控制地表径流的能力,主动地降低地面径流系数,而不是传统被动地排放雨水。透水路面使城市融入自然环境,保持生态平衡,实现低冲击开发城市目标。
In the Low Impact Development, the pervious pavement forumtted by permeable material can effectively eliminate surface runoff, alleviate runoff peak. It can improve the surface water environment and make the developed urban hydrological conditions close to the undeveloped urban natural hydrological state. Pervious infiltration and rainwater storage make pervious material have the ability to control surface runoff and take the initiative to reduce the surface runoff coefficient, rather than the traditional passive draining rainwater. It makes the city get into the natural environment, keep ecology balance and get Low Impact Development city achievements.
