摘要
目的观察维持性血液透析患者使用肝素与低分子肝素对血脂代谢影响。方法选择维持性血液透析患者60例,随机分为肝素组与低分子肝素组各30例,维持性血液透析半年后观察两组患者血脂成分包括甘油三脂(TG)、胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)等的变化。结果低分子肝素组血清TG、TC下降,HDL上升。肝素组TG、LDL上升,HDL下降,具有统计学意义,LDL、TC无明显改变。结论用低分子肝素进行血液透析可以部分改善维持性血液透析患者的脂质代谢。
Objective To observe the maintenance hemodialysis patients with heparin and low molecular weight heparin on lipid metabolism at different temperatures. Methods Sixty patients in maintenance hemodialysis were randomly divided into low molecular weight heparin group and heparin group of 30 cases in each, six months after hemodialysis were ob- served in patients with lipid components including triglyceride (TG), cholesterol (TC), high-density lipoprotein (HDL), low- density lipoprotein (LDL) and other changes. Results The low molecular weight heparin serum TG, TC decreased, HDL increased, there were significant differences statistically significant, LDL decreased, but the difference was not significant; heparin group TG, LDL increased, HDL decreased, there were significant difference, with statistical significance, TC no significant change. Conclusion The low molecular weight heparin for hemodialysis can be part of the improvement in maintenance hemodialysis patients with lipid metabolism.
