摘要
以四川农业大学图书馆为例,探讨了在多校区高校图书馆建设和管理中存在的主要问题,指出优化文献资源配置、采用人性化的读者借阅管理和重视图书馆组织文化建设是提高多校区高校图书馆服务质量的有力保证,探索适合学校自身特色的多校区图书馆管理模式、加强图书馆数字化建设和安全管理及主动扩展服务职能是当前高校图书馆发展的重要任务。
Taking the library of Sichuan Agriculture University as an example,this paper probe into some main problems existing in the construction and management of multi-campus university library,and points out that optimizing？the literature resources allocation,adopting the human-based readers＇ lending management and paying attention to library＇s organizational culture construction are the guarantee for improving the service quality of multi-campus university library,and？probing into multi-campus university library＇s management mode suitable for university its own features,strengthening library＇s digitalization construction and security management and making active extension of service functions are the main tasks in current development of university library.
