摘要
目的:研究"江边一碗水"对小鼠的半数致死量(LD50)。方法:给小鼠一次性灌胃,观察7d内小鼠的毒性反应和死亡情况。结果:以小鼠急性死亡率为指标,求"江边一碗水"对小鼠LD50为0.031mg/kg和LD50的95%的可信限为0.023～0.040mg/kg。结论:"江边一碗水"具有较大的毒性,其LD50较低,安全范围较窄。在进行临床药用过程中应考虑其安全性。
Objective： To determine the half-lethal dose （LD50） of the Chinese crude drug Diphlleia sinesis in mice. Method：The drug was given to mice intragastrically （ig） only once. The toxic reaction and death of mice 7 days after ig. administration were observed,and the LD50 and 95% confidence interval of the drug was calculated with acute mortality rate as an index. Result：The LD50 of Diphlleia sinesis was 0. 031 mg/kg,with the 95 % confidence limit of 0. 023-0. 040 mg/kg. Conclusion： Diphlleia sinesis have great toxicity and the LD50 is relatively low. Considering the limited safety,its security should be considered during the course of clinical application.
