摘要
本实验在培养的鼠心肌细胞上看到雌二醇能使 APA、OS、MDP、Vmax、APD 等各项参数一致显著减小,且呈明显的剂量依赖性,表明雌激素对心肌细胞有损伤作用。这可能是女性比男性克山病发病率高的原因之一。
This experiment demonstrated that under the influence of estradiol benzoate,the electrical parameters of cultured rat heart cells including APA,OS,MDP,Vmax and APD_(50) decreased simultaneously and consistently,and the electricalparameters varied apparently in a dose-dependant way.The above results indicated the myocardiol damage action of estrogenic horm-ones,and this might be one of the reasons why the incidence of keshan disease ofwomen is higher then that of men.
