摘要
研究冈上肌腱不同部位的毛细血管含量。方法：采用明胶墨汁血管注射研究20例成人新鲜尸体肩关节肌腱袖的血供来源，结合光镜观察冈上肌腱的微血管构筑。在对冈上肌腱临界区的位置、形态进行细致观察的基础上进行组织切片，对冈上肌腱起点处、临界区以及接肌腹处等不同部位的毛细血管数量进行计数和定量分析比较。结果：冈上肌腱止点处和接肌腹处的毛细血管量均高于临界区部位。结论：冈上肌腱临界区是血供不良的部位。
To observe the capillary distribution in different parts of the supraspinatus tendon. Methods： Gelatin ink was injectied into the blood vessels of 20 adult fresh cadavers. The microvasculature of the supraspinatus tendons was observed under a light microscope. Based on the observation of the location and shape in the critical zone of the supraspinatus tendon, the capillary quantity was measured in the tissue sections of different parts of the supraspinatus tendon. Results.. The capillary quantities at the muscle belly and near the insertion were significantly higher than those in the critical zone inthe supraspinatus tendon. Conclusion. The critical zone of supraspinatus tendon is prooly supplied.
