摘要
目的：探讨综合护理对急性胆囊炎患者术后康复的效果。方法：选取我院2003年1月至2008年1月，采用胆囊切除术治疗的急性胆囊炎患者120例，随机分为综合护理组和常规护理组，观察记录两组护理组住院时间，并发症发生情况和满意度。结果：两组患者手术均成功完成，但综合护理组住院时间明显短于对照组，且术后并发症发生率明显少于常规护理组。更为重要的时惠儿对护理质量的满意度调查中，综合护理组明显高于常规护理组，组间差异均有统计学意义。结论：对采用胆囊切除术治疗的急性胆囊炎患者采用综合护理，更有利于患者的康复。
Objective：To investigate the comprehensive nursing care on the postoperative recovery of patients with acute cholecystitis effect. Meth- ods：In our hospital from 2003 January to 2008 January, 120 patients with cholecystectomy for acute cholecystitis,randomly divided into comprehensive care group and routine nursing group,observating records of two groups of nursing group hospitalization time, complications and satisfaction. Resuits： The two groups of patients with operation were successful, but the comprehensive nursing group hospital stay was significantly shorter than that in the control group,and the postoperative complication rate was significantly less than that of the conventional care group. The more important of children on quality of nursing satisfaction survey, comprehensive care group was significantly higher than that of conventional care group,there was statistically significant difference. Conclusion：The gallbladder excision in patients with acute cholecystitis treated with comprehensive nursing, more conducive to the rehabilitation of patients,it is worthy of clinical application.
