摘要
目的：探讨和分析外科手术后切口感染的原因，探讨预防切口感染的措施。方法：回顾性分析具有完整临床资料的2007年1月至2010年12月来我院就诊的60例外科手术病例手术切口感染情况，对影响感染的因素进行分析，提出积极的预防措施。结果：外科手术切口感染的发生与术前营养状况、手术时间以及住院天数有密切关系。结论：术前做好充分准备、缩短手术及住院时间、尽量合理使用抗生素等措施能有效预防切口感染。
Objective：To investigate and analyze the post--surgical wound infection reasons, measures of prevention of wound infection. Methods： A retrospective analysis of clinical data with a complete from January 2007 to December 2010 to our hospital,60 cases of surgical incision surgical infection, infection of the factors affecting the analysis,active preventive measures. Results： Of the incidence of surgical wound infection with preoperative nutritional status, operation time and hospital stay are closely related. Conclusion：Preoperative fully prepared to shorten the surgery and hospital stay,as the rational use of antibiotics and other measures to be effective in preventing wound infection.
