摘要
在高校业余运动队的管理上,教练员扮演着重要角色,他是业余运动队的直接管理者,而对业余队的管理多数是处在兼职的状态,有一半左右的教练员是出于喜爱而带队,有相当一部分教练员对训练的热情不高,根本原因在于长期付出和收获不成比例,训练待遇有待进一步提高。
In the management of amateur sports teams of universities and colleges,coaches play an important role as the direct manager.But most of coaches of amateur sports team are part-time.About a half of coach works in the teams out of favorite,the other half has no enthusiasm due to little bit disproportionate between what they put into their work and what they get.
