摘要
目的:评价某医院精神专科用药的合理性,促进临床合理用药。方法:随机抽取2010年1～12月每月600张门诊处方和50份出院病历,对不合理用药的情况进行统计评价和干预。结果:精神专科用药中仍存在一定的不合理性,包括用药与临床诊断不相符、用量用法不正确、过度联合用药、重复用药、配伍禁忌和潜在的不良反应风险等。结论:通过评价和干预,可减少医生用药的随意性、提高临床用药的水平,较好地保障患者用药安全、有效、经济。
Objective： To promote rational drug use by medication evaluation of prescriptions and medical records in a psychiatric hospital. Method： From January to December of 2010,600 outpatient prescriptions and 50 medical records were spot-checked stochastically each month. The unreasonable cases were statistically evaluated and dealt with. Result： There were some irrational drug use in the psychiatric hospital, including inconformity between drug use and clinical diagnosis, incorrectness of dosage and usage, excessive drug combination, repeated drug taking, drug incompatibility and potential adverse drug reactions. Conclusion： Through evaluation and intervention, the randomness of medical treatment can be reduced and the level of clinical rational medication can be enhanced, which will guarantee the safety, effectiveness and economics of the medication for patients.
