摘要
[目的]观察物理因子高压电子笔(又叫高电位笔)点穴(以下简称物理因子点穴)对治疗大脑后循环缺血(PCI)的疗效.[方法]将PCI患者140例随机分为两组:对照组40例,给予复方丹参滴丸、川芎嗪促进改善血液循环药物及对症处理;治疗组100例,除上述处理外,予以物理治疗,采用高电位治疗仪,先嘱患者静坐在高电位治疗垫上,输入9 000伏电压10 min后用物理因子刺点小脑顶核等区的穴位:百会、大椎、风池(双)等穴,反复多次每穴刺点6~10 s,每天1次.治疗20 d后观察效果.[结果]点穴治疗PCI,总有效率达97%,治愈率、平均治愈天数:治疗组分别为77.0%、(8.56±2.67)d;对照组分别为52.5%、(12.75±2.36)d,两组比较均有统计学意义( P 〈0.05).[结论]点穴治疗PCI,可使脑组织内血液重新分布,改善微循环,纠正脑缺血,刺激脑病灶内毛细血管增生,改善脑组织有氧能量代谢,供氧充分,脑细胞分裂活跃,有效保护脑神经细胞,降低脑神经细胞兴奋毒性损害,稳定脑神经细胞膜电位,促进脑神经功能恢复有明显促进作用.
[Objective] To observe the efficacy of physical factor high-voltage electronic pen(high-potential pen) acupuncture (physical factor acupoint) for the treatment of posterior circulation ischemia (PCI). [Methods]Totally 140 PCI patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group( n = 40) was given drugs for promoting blood circulation such as compound salvia drop pill and tetram ethyloyrazine and symptomatic treatment. The treatment group( n = 100) was additionally given physical therapy by using high- potential therapeutic apparatus based on above treatment. The patients in treatment group were told to sit on high-potential treatment mat silently. After the input of 9000V voltage for 10rain, the acupoints at cerebellar roof nucleus such as Baihui, Dazhui and Fengchi(double) were acupunctured by physical factors for 6-10 seconds each time and once a day. The efficacy was observed 20d after treatment. [Results]The total effective rate of acupoint treatment of PCI was 97%. The cure rate and the average cure time were 77.0% and (8.56 ±2. 67) d in treatment group and 52.5 % and (12.75 ± 2.36)d in control group. There were significant differences between two groups( P 〈0.05). [Conclusion] Acupoint treatment of PCI can make the blood re-distribution in brain tissue, improve microcirculation, correct cerebral ischemia, stimulate the proliferation of capillaries in lesions, promote aerobic energy metabolism and full oxygen supply in brain tissue and the division of brain cells, effectively protect brain nerve cells, decrease excitotoxic damage of brain cells, stabilize neural mem- brane potential so as to promote neurological function recovery obviously.
