摘要
采用自制的小型固定床装置和中试提升管循环流化床对比了含钒和不含钒硫转移剂的硫容和连续脱硫能力。试验结果表明,不含钒的硫转移剂的饱和硫容和连续脱硫性能都与含钒硫转移剂的性能相差不大,并且对催化裂化的产物分布基本没有影响,可以替代有毒的含钒型硫转移剂。
The sulfur capacity and continuous desulfurization capability of vanadium and vanadium-free sulfur transfer agent were studied in home-made fixed bed instruments and riser of circulating fluidized bed units. The results show that the difference in saturation sulfur capacity and continuous desuffurization capability between vanadium and vanadium-free sulfur transfer agents is small. The vanadium-free sulfur transfer agents have little influence on product distribution, which could substitute for vanadium sulfur transfer agents.
