摘要
滚珠丝杠是数控机床运动转换、传递动力的关键零部件,因而要求其加工精度高,运行平稳,精度保持性好。国产滚珠丝杠常用GCr15、55CrMo和S55C三种原材料。本文针对国产滚珠丝杠常用材料的质量检验和热处理工艺进行了分析,并提出了改进材料质量和优化热处理工艺的建议。
Ball screw is one of the key functional parts of CNC machine tools which has the functions of movement conversion and power transformation.Therefore,it should have higher machining accuracy,more smooth operation and better accuracy holding property.Currently,the domestic ball screw mainly adopts GCr15,55CrMo and S55C as raw materials.in this paper the quality examination of the three materials is dealted with and the heat treatment process for domestic ball screw is anallyzed,then we provid some recommendations for improving quality of the materials and optimizing the heat treatment process.
