摘要
基于MATLAB图像处理技术,开发了适合于加气混凝土孔结构分析的软件。对加气混凝土照片进行一系列的图像处理,并表征加气混凝土的孔结构参数。试验表明:该技术能够快捷、精确的分析加气混凝土的孔分布及孔隙率,在前人研究的基础上简化了测试过程并提高了分析精度,实现孔隙率误差小于±2.0%,可用于产品质量控制。
Based on MATLAB image processing techniques, the pore-test-software (PTS) for aerated concrete pore was developed.A series of image processing for aerated concrete photos was made, and the structural pore parameters of aerated concrete was represented.The test results show that this image technology can fast, accurately analyse pore distribution and porosity of aerated concrete.On the basis of former researches, the testing process was simplified and the analysis precision,was improved to porosity test error less than ±2.0% ,which could be well used to product quality control.
