摘要
构建实践教学体系是本科人才培养的基础工作,也是当前高等工程教育改革与发展的关键。华中科技大学种子班经过几年的探索,构建了"基于真实项目的实践教学体系"。该体系以真实项目为牵引,以实践教学内容和过程的递进安排为特色,在班队结合的研发环境中和有项目经验的导师督导下,由学生自主组建项目组并协作完成真实项目,较为有效地调动了学生参与实践教学的积极性,较为全面地训练了学生的工程能力,是一种可借鉴推广的实践教学体系。
Building practical teaching system is not only the basic work for undergraduate cultivation, but also the key point in the reform and development of higher engineering education. The "seed class" in the ddepartment of telecommunications of Huazhong University of Science and Technology has set up the Practical Teaching System Based on Real Project after several years of teaching practice and explo- ration. This system is led by real projects and characterized by the successive arrangements of practi- cal teaching contents. In the R & D environment composed of class and team and under the supervision of experienced mentors, students formed the own project teams and cooperated to complete a real project, which effectively promoted their initiative and trained their engineering ability in a relatively comprehensive way and provides a reference for higher engineering education in China.
