摘要
设计了一种适用于油菜一器多行排种的离心式排种器,分析了离心式油菜排种器的工作原理,确定了排种器的主要结构和性能参数。研究了排种器锥筒转速与排量、各行排量一致性、总排量稳定性、破碎率等的关系;正交试验表明,在排种器锥筒转速为150 r/min、出种孔直径为3.2 mm、出种孔倾角为15°时,单行播量稳定性变异系数最小,为2.38%,播种均匀性变异系数为18.2%。
A centrifugal metering device was designed for rapeseed.Working principle of the centrifugal metering device was analyzed,and its main structural and performance parameters were investigated.The relationship among rotation speed with the delivery capacity,coefficient of variation,stability of total displacement and damage rate was concluded through the captive test of seeding device.The experimental results showed that the rotating speed was 150r/min,the diameter of discharge holes was 3.2mm,the tilt angle of discharge holes was 15°,the delivery coefficient of variation was 2.38% and performance test of the device on the rack demonstrated that seeding uniformity coefficient of variation was 18.2%.
