摘要
目的探讨一次性根管治疗隐裂性牙髓炎的临床疗效。方法选取2009年5月～2011年5月间收治的200例隐裂性牙髓炎患者,按照治疗方法分为A、B两组,A组120例采用一次性根管治疗,B组80例采用多次根管治疗,对两组治疗效果进行观察。结果治疗后A组患者总有效率为96.6%,B组为83.7%;治疗后半年随访发现A组治疗成功率为95%,B组为81.2%。结论采用一次性根管治疗隐裂性牙髓炎效果明显,并且可以降低随访后的复发率,值得在临床上推广。
Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of one root canal treatment on cracked pulpitis. Methods Select the hospital in May 2009 to May 2011 200 cases were treated cracked pulpitis patients, divided according to treatment A, B groups, A group of 120 patients with single root canal treatment, Bgroup of 80 patients several times with root canal treatment, treatment groups were observed.Results A group of patients after treatment, the total effective rate was 96.6%, B group was 83.7 % ; six months after treatment follow-up treatment success rate was found in group A 95%, B group was 81.2% .Conclusion Root canal treatment using a one-time cracked pulpitis effect is obvious,and can reduce the relapse rate after follow-up, it is worth in clinical practice.
