摘要
山区是首都重要的生态屏障,山区发展直接影响首都的城市建设和率先基本实现现代化的目标,推进山区生态文明对北京可持续发展、构建和谐社会具有重要的战略意义。生态文明建设是一个复杂的系统工程,与当地自然资源基础、经济社会条件、人们认识水平等密切相关。阐述了北京山区生态文明建设的基础,并基于不同区域特征分析了山区生态文明建设现状及存在问题,最终为山区生态文明建设提出几点建议。
The mountain area is the important ecological screen of Beijing. The development of mountain area has a direct impact on the construction of world city and the realization of modernization in Beijing. So promoting ecological civilization construction of Beijing mountain area plays a key role in sustainable development of Beijing and building a harmonious society. The ecological civilization construction is a complicated systematic engineering, and has close relation with the natural resource base, the social and economic conditions, and the knowledge level of people in local areas. This paper revealed the base of ecological civilization construction of Beijing mountain area. The current situation of construction in different districts and exiting problem were analyzed. Then the advice on promoting ecological civilization construction were suggested.
