摘要
院(系)研究生教学秘书是高等院校的基层教学管理人员,研究生教学秘书在教学管理中肩负着重要的职责,起着不可低估的作用。在研究生教学管理中,应努力实现管理和服务的有机统一,加强管理的科学性、规范性和高效率,以促进高校研究生教学管理水平的提高。
Postgraduate teaching education secretary is the primary management of colleges and universities,which shoulders important responsibilities and plays important role in teaching management.In postgraduate teaching management,to promote the university graduate teaching management levels,the organic unification of administration and services should be strived to achieve,the scientific management,standard and high efficiency should be strengthened.
