摘要
从山西省县(市)科技管理的现状入手,通过大量的实证分析,研究山西省县(市)科技工作的原则及工作重点,提出推动山西基层科技工作发展的建议,为促进县域经济社会全面发展提供理论支持与实践指导。
Based on the current situation of the management of science and technology in the counties of Shanxi Province and through a large number of empirical analyses,the paper studies the scientific and technological principles and focuses and proposes ways to promote the scientific and technological work in primary levels in Shanxi,providing theoretical support and practical guidance for the overall economic and social development of counties.
