摘要
用同板技术生产异收缩纤维全牵伸丝,具有效率高产量大,均匀性好等优点.但它对喷丝板的设计也提出了较高的要求,结合理论推导和纺丝试验的结果,比较详细地讨论了同板三异喷丝板的设计原则,并纺得了异收缩率大于10%的丝束.
With FDY machine, to produce yarn that consisting of filaments with different shrinkage has the advantages of high productivity and well - uniformity etc. At the same time the spinneret should be designed with higher standard. Both theoretical calculation and experimental results are considered and the design of the spinneret used for the preparation of this kind FDY are discussed in detail. The conclusions are useful for the fiber manufacturer.
