摘要
                
                    探讨了固体酸H对富马酸与甲醇反应生成富马酸二甲酯 (DMF)的催化活性 ,用正交试验确定了反应条件对DMF收率的影响 ,确定了合成的最佳工艺条件 :反应温度为 3 5 3K ,反应时间为 7h ,催化剂用量为 5 % ,醇酸摩尔比为 5∶1 ,在此反应条件下的收率接近 92 % ;进行了催化剂重复使用实验 ,结果表明该催化剂对DMF合成具有较好的催化活性及重复使用性。
                
                Synthesis of dimethyl fumarate (DMF) from esterification of fumaric acid with methanol catalyzed by solid acid H employing reaction distillation technology was proposed in this paper.Effect of reaction conditions on the yield of DMF was investigated by experiments arranged by orthogonal design.The optimum reaction condition was obtained as follows:reaction temperature 353K;catalyst input 5% of the total reactants weight;reaction time 7 hours;molar ratio of alcohol to acid:5:1,at this condition,yield of DMF reaches 92%,experiment  of repeated use  of the catalyst was  conducted.The results show that this catalyst possesses high activity and good stability for DMF synthesis.
