摘要
针对现代仿生设计中需用模型来模拟生物结构及原理的问题,提出了将逆向工程与结构仿生设计相结合的思想。以螃蟹模型为例,详细阐述了反求过程中扫描模型的建立、实物数字化、数据处理、CAD模型的重建等技术,成功完成了螃蟹曲面结构的三维造型。为将逆向工程技术应用到结构仿生领域定量研究动物三维几何特征的发展提供了一定的基础。
According to the fact that there needs the model to simulate the biological structure and principle in the modern bionic design, the idea of combining the reverse engineering with the bionic structure design was put forward. By taking the crab model as an example, the establishing scan model, gathering data, disposal of data, reconstructing CAD model were explained in detail. The results indicated that reverse engineering is a very useful tool for revealing the biologically geometrical shapes and morphologies quantitatively. This work laid a basis for the RE technology applied to the bionic structure design.
