摘要
对Φ55 mm的TB3钛合金棒材进行了两火次轧制,第一火轧制成Φ30 mm,第二火轧制成Φ8 mm轧条。随后,Φ8 mm轧条经3道次热拉拔至Φ3.0 mm。研究了轧制和热拉拔过程对TB3钛合金加工态、固溶态、时效态显微组织的影响。研究结果表明:大变形率下的轧制工艺可以强烈细化TB3钛合金加工态的组织;由于热拉拔过程变形率较小,使合金晶粒趋于长大;热轧和热拉拔过程对TB3钛合金的固溶态、时效态显微组织影响不大。
The hotworking state, solution state, aging state microstructures of TB3 titanium alloy with various diameter made by rolling and hot drawing process were studied. The results show that the rolling process in the large deformation ratio can be strongly refine the structures of the TB3 titanium alloys; in smaller deformation ratio of heat drawing process, the alloy grains tend to grow up ; the effects of hot - rolled and hot drawing process on microstructure of TB3 titanium alloys in solid solution state and aging state are limited.
