摘要
目的:探讨幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染相关消化性溃疡并发急性出血的护理措施。方法:对21例Hp感染相关消化性溃疡并急性出血患者,积极根除Hp,同时做好心理护理、饮食调理及出院指导。结果:经迅速抢救和有效护理后21例均好转出院。结论:对Hp感染相关消化性溃疡并发急性出血患者及时正确对患者病情做出评估,采取有效护理措施,可取得较好效果。
Objective：To investigate the measures to nurse patients with peptic ulcer accompanied by acute hemorrhage relating to Helicobacter pylori（Hp） infection.Methods：The Hp infection in patients with acute peptic ulcer bleeding should be actively eradicated,and good psychological care,diet adjustment and discharge guidance are also essential.Results：After a quick rescue and effective nursing,all the patients were improved and discharged.Conclusions：Early and definite assessing the state of the disease and taking effective nursing measures may obtain a favourable effect on patients with peptic ulcer accomparied by acute hemorrhage relating to Hp infection.
