摘要
针对水城县近年来实施肉牛基地建设中存在的问题,主要是发展资金到位不及时、行政措施干预越位、草地管理利用不合理、技术服务不到位、制度不健全、示范场管理不到位等原因,从而导致肉牛存栏急剧下降,为此提出了相应的对策。
According to the existing problems on the construction of beef cattle basement of Shuicheng county in recent years,the paper proposed the corresponding countermeasures.The problems were that the developmental capital was not put in the right place timely,offside administrative measures were intervened,the utilization and management of grass land were unreasonable,technical service was not in seat,and the institutions were unsound,the management of demonstration farms were incomplete,which caused the sharp decrease of the number of beef cattle.
