摘要
目的探讨腔镜辅助和常规开放甲状腺切除术对甲状腺病变的临床疗效比较。方法对笔者所在医院收治的甲状腺疾病患者143例,随机分为试验组以及对照组,试验组患者采用腔镜辅助甲状腺手术进行治疗,对照组患者采用常规手术治疗。结果治疗后两组手术时间以及住院时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),其他临床一般指标比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对两组患者术后不适感以及并发症的发生机会比较,试验组患者均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对甲状腺疾病患者采用腔镜辅助甲状腺切除术进行治疗,可有效改善患者预后,降低患者并发症的发生。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic assisted and conventional open thyroidectomy for thyroid disease. Methods The hospital treated 143 cases of thyroid disease, were randomly divided into experimental and control group, experimental group were treated with laparoscopic assisted surgery for thyroid treatment, and the control group were treated with conventional surgery. Results After treat- ment, the difference of two groups in operation time and the length of time was not statistically significant（ P 〉 0. 05 ）, the difference of two groups in other clinical general index comparison was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; the postoperative discomfort and the incidence of complications of experimental patients were lower than the control group（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The patients with thyroid disease, thyroid surgery endoscopic assisted treatment, can effectively improve patient outcomes, reduce patient complications.
